Q. I'm new to Lightroom, can I still use your presets?
A. Of course! That’s what’s great about a preset is it’s perfect for those with little editing experience that wants great-looking photos with just one click.
Q. Are your preset download links instant? How do I receive the presets once I’ve paid?
A. Yes, once you’ve made your purchase you’ll receive your download right away. They are sent to you via email immediately after payment is completed.
Q. What else comes with the Wander with Presets?
A. With every Preset pack, we also send an easy to use installation guide to help install the Presets.
MOBILE PRESETS
Q. What are Mobile Presets?
A. Our Mobile Presets are instant, one-click filters that you can apply to your photos. Sometimes with our busy lives, it’s difficult to find time to edit using a laptop, especially when you’re out and about or traveling. Our mobile wander with presets is the easy, one-click solution as they allow users to quickly edit their photos in seconds using only their phones.
Q. Which app do I need to use your Mobile Wander with Presets?
A. Our mobile presets are designed for the free Adobe Lightroom app.
Q. Do the presets work on iPhone images?
A. Of course! They work with all phone images as well as camera photos. Remember every image is different and not every preset will work on every single photo, you may need to do some slight tweaking of saturation or hue after applying the preset to achieve a particular look. This can all be done in the Lightroom app and is very easy to do. (please see our how to use the presets guide for reference)
Q. What is the difference between the mobile presets and the desktop presets?
A. Although the desktop presets is compatible with all image types, they are primarily designed for RAW images taken on DSLR cameras and cannot be used on a mobile. The mobile presets are designed especially for JPEG iPhone images and are designed to be used as filters for those who want to edit on the go on their phones. The mobile presets don’t work on the desktop Lightroom.
Q. How do I import the Mobile Presets?
A. We have created a step by step guide which will be automatically sent to you with your presets. You must open the email from us once you’ve made your purchase and you’ll see a link to our guide there.
DESKTOP PRESETS
Q. What program do I need to use your presets?
A. Our desktop presets are designed for the latest Lightroom Classic CC desktop version.
Q. I don’t shoot RAW photos or have a camera will the presets still work?
A. Our presets work on all JPEG images, which includes iPhone images. However shooting in RAW is, of course, going to get you the best results as it gives you access to all of the data within the photo, so shooting in RAW is recommended. JPEG is absolutely fine if you’re using your new edited photos for social media!
Q. If I buy a new computer or phone can I transfer my presets?
A. Once you receive your presets via email it’s a good idea to back them up on an external hard drive in case you accidentally delete the files. You can do this by duplicating the zip folder then dragging it into the external hard drive. This way you have the presets stored safely for good.

redistributed or resold in any form without written permission. Violators of this licensing agreement will be prosecuted.
Purchasing any products, you acknowledge that you may use this product for personal use or unlimited professional use. By purchasing any product from
Wander with presets, you do not gain ownership of any copyright, nor can you claim any product as your own.
You are not allowed to modify, share, sell, transfer, copy or gift the right to use these actions to anyone else. Failure to comply may result in prosecution and/or enforced infringement.
Any product should, under no circumstance, be posted or
uploaded to the internet for others to download.
Wander with presets products may only be installed on computers directly owned by the purchaser or on computers belonging to the purchaser's direct clients.
It is expected that the purchaser will back up any digital download on an external storage device. Wander With Presets © is not responsible for lost files for any reason, but may be willing to re-issue the product once a valid purchase receipt has been provided.
Wander With Presets © is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss/damage arising from the use of our products in whatever form and due to the nature of the product being digital we are unable to provide refunds once the presets have been purchased.

We will consider granting a refund that is requested in a reasonable time frame and that meets certain internal criteria (e.g customer having ordered the same product twice), and will grant refunds at its reasonable discretion.
